Quality honest work! Brought my car to the dealership for inspection & warranty work, was told for inspection I needed 2 tires, brakes&rotars all around. Had them do the tires & brought it to Syracuse Auto (SA)for inspection and brakes, They called me to say I ALREADY had a new sticker that I didn’t notice(to much overtime) and I was all set. A mistake like that would of cost me 100s at past garages I went to. Happy SA customer for about 10 years!

Really friendly! Squeezed me in when my Subaru had a problem visiting from PA for the holidays. Reminds me so much of the mechanic we rely on back home :-)

Absolutely wonderful service. These guys kept me up to date and informed, dealt with my warranty company (even though insurance is a huge pain), and were more than fair when it came to my out-of-pocket charges. I would recommend anyone come here for excellent service, especially on more "exotic"/foreign cars (i have an alfa romeo and even the dealerships wouldn't work on it, but these guys did!!)

I had a freak accident with my engine in the summer and couldn’t find anyone to help. Driving a foreign car made it worse. Autoworks was recommended by a good friend and they did not disappoint. Tim is a class act by himself. Everyone was great. Kept me included with every minor detail. Do yourself a favor and call them if you need help.

I've been taking my car here for maybe five years now and won't go anywhere else. Everyone on the staff is super friendly and always helpful. They're as accommodating as possible with scheduling and always get my car taken care of quickly. Prices are as competitive as you'll find. Not once have I been shocked when I looked at my bill. My sister started going here as well and she's been very happy. Can't recommend them enough.
